the Revol9 app ("the App"), collects, uses, and protects your information.

a) Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

- Email address

- A unique user identifier (Firebase UID)

- If you sign in with Google: your Google account name and email

b) User-Generated Data

We store your in-app preferences and activity, including:

- Favorite tracks and saved frequencies

- Hearing test results

- Timer and playback settings

This data is stored securely in Firebase Realtime Database and associated

with your account.

c) Non-Personal / Diagnostic Data

We may collect limited non-personal data such as:

- App usage data (e.g., session duration, feature interactions)

- Device type and operating system

- Anonymous crash logs and diagnostics

This data helps us improve app performance and user experience.

d) Microphone Access

The App's Decibel Meter feature requires microphone access. Audio captured by

the microphone is processed locally on your device in real time. We do not

record, store, or transmit any audio data.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions managed through Apple App Store

and Google Play Store. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple or

Google — we do not collect or store credit card or payment information.

We use RevenueCat to manage subscription entitlements. RevenueCat receives

anonymized purchase receipts to verify subscription status. See RevenueCat's

We may use collected data to:

- Operate and improve the App

- Manage your subscription and account

- Analyze usage patterns to enhance user experience

- Respond to user inquiries or support requests

- Ensure technical functionality and security

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

- Firebase (Google) — authentication, database, analytics

- RevenueCat — subscription management

- Sentry — crash reporting and error tracking

- Expo — build and diagnostic tools

Each service processes data according to their own privacy policies.

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this

policy or as required by law. You may request deletion of your account and

associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Children's Privacy

Revol9 is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly

collect data from children under 13. If we learn that personal information has

been collected from a child without verifiable parental consent, we will

delete it.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

- Request correction or deletion of your data

data. However, no transmission method is 100% secure.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of

significant changes via the App or other means. Continued use of the App

after updates constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
